Parental Alienation Group

Wisselman, Harounian & Associates will be hosting a complimentary Metro New York Parental Alienation Support Group meeting on Monday, January 7th, 2019 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Landmark Diner in Roslyn. The event will be open to any parents or other family members who sense or know that parental alienation is taking place in their divorce or another family-related situation. The meeting will be led by matrimonial and family law attorney Jordan Trager, who is backed by an extensive legal experience and genuine passion for helping parents affected by parental alienation. The discussion will help attendees to better understand the dynamics of parental alienation, how to recognize it, and how to best respond to it. Attorney Trager will also discuss what factors courts consider to be significant in parental alienation cases, preexisting case law and orders on such cases. Discussion will include evidence of parental alienation, and remedies for it, including changes in child custody, supervised visitation, therapeutic visitation, suspension of child support payments, and contempt of court orders. We are affiliated with the nonprofit Parental Alienation Awareness Organization US (PAAO USA): Together, you can get answers to your questions and feel welcomed again. Light dinner will be provided, RSVPs are required, and the group size is limited to 25 people.
